The agreement between you and Usly.

Plain language, no surprises. By creating an account or using Usly, you agree to these terms. If something here is unclear, write to us — we’re happy to explain.

1. About these terms

“Usly” (also “we”, “us”, “our”) is the Usly.love mobile app and any related services, owned and operated by Zenix Labs. By downloading, installing, signing in to, or using Usly, you (“you”) accept these Terms of Service together with our Privacy Policy. If you don’t agree, please don’t use Usly.

2. Eligibility & your account

• You must be at least 17 years old to use Usly.
• You must provide accurate sign-up information and keep it up to date.
• You are responsible for keeping your password and device secure. If you suspect unauthorised access, email security@usly.love immediately.
• One person, one account. Don’t share an account with someone other than your partner; use the partner-pairing feature instead.

3. Acceptable use

Usly is a private space for two people who care about each other. To keep it that way, you agree not to:

• Use Usly to harass, threaten, stalk, deceive, or harm another person;
• Upload content that is illegal, sexually explicit involving minors, hateful, or that infringes someone else’s rights;
• Reverse-engineer, decompile, scrape, or attempt to bypass security or rate limits;
• Use the app to send spam, malware, or unsolicited commercial messages;
• Impersonate another person or misrepresent your identity to a partner you pair with;
• Resell or redistribute access to Usly, or build a competing product from data obtained through Usly.

We may remove content or suspend accounts that violate these rules. Where there is a risk of harm, we may act without prior notice.

4. Your content

Everything you and your partner create inside Usly — letters, memories, photos, mood logs, answers — is yours. We don’t claim ownership.

You grant Usly a limited, worldwide, royalty-free licence to host, store, transmit, back up, and display your content only as needed to operate the app for you and your partner. This licence ends when you delete the content or your account.

You are responsible for the legality of what you upload. Don’t upload anything you don’t have the right to share.

5. Pairing & partner data

Usly lets two people pair into a couple. When you pair:

• Both partners can see each other’s contributions (answers, moods, memories, letters) according to the visibility rules of each feature.
• Either partner can unpair at any time. Unpairing stops further sharing but does not delete content the other person has already received in the normal course of using the app.
• Account-level data (your email, your private settings) is never shared with your partner.

If your partner reports abuse linked to your account, we may share necessary information with them, with law enforcement, or with platform providers in line with our Privacy Policy.

6. Subscriptions & in-app purchases

Usly is free to use. Some features are available through Usly Plus subscriptions or one-time unlocks.

• All paid items on Android are billed by Google Play Billing; on iOS (when available) by Apple In-App Purchase / StoreKit. Prices and currencies shown in-app come from your store account.
• Subscriptions auto-renew at the end of each billing period unless you cancel at least 24 hours before renewal in your store account settings.
• Trials, introductory pricing, and promotional offers are subject to the terms shown at the time of purchase.
• If we change subscription prices, we will notify you in the app and by email at least 30 days before the change takes effect, and you may cancel before the new price applies.

7. Refunds & cancellations

• You can cancel a subscription any time in Google Play → Subscriptions or App Store → Subscriptions. Cancelling stops future renewals; you keep access until the end of the current period.
• Refunds for store-billed purchases are handled by Google or Apple under their refund policies. We can advocate on your behalf where appropriate, but the final decision is theirs.
• EU/UK consumers have a statutory 14-day right of withdrawal for digital services. By starting to use a paid feature inside this period, you agree that we may begin performance immediately and that you waive the right of withdrawal once performance is complete.

8. Availability & changes

• We work hard to keep Usly online but we don’t promise uninterrupted access. We may pause the app for maintenance, upgrades, or security reasons.
• We may add, change, or remove features. Where a change materially reduces a paid feature, we will offer a fair remedy (refund, credit, or replacement).
• We may update these Terms. Material changes will be announced in the app and by email at least 30 days before they take effect. Continuing to use Usly after that means you accept the new terms.

9. Suspension & termination

• You can delete your account any time in Profile → Delete my account. Your data will be erased as described in our Privacy Policy.
• We may suspend or terminate your account if you breach these Terms, put others at risk, or to comply with the law. Where possible, we’ll give you notice and a chance to fix the issue first.
• Sections that should survive termination (your content licence wind-down, liability, governing law) will continue to apply.

10. Disclaimers & limitation of liability

• To the extent permitted by law, Usly and Zenix Labs are not liable for indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages, or for loss of data, profits, goodwill, or relationships arising from your use of the app.
• Our total liability for all claims relating to Usly in any 12-month period is limited to the amount you paid us during that period, or USD 50 — whichever is greater.
• Nothing in these Terms excludes liability that cannot be excluded by law (such as for fraud, gross negligence, or statutory consumer rights).

11. Governing law & disputes

These Terms are governed by the laws of the Socialist Republic of Vietnam, without regard to its conflict-of-laws rules. We will try to resolve any dispute amicably first — please email support@usly.love and give us a fair chance to fix it. If we can’t, the courts of Hanoi, Vietnam will have exclusive jurisdiction, except where mandatory consumer-protection law in your country says otherwise.

If any provision of these Terms is held unenforceable, the rest will remain in effect.
